Lead Titan AI verifies every email for your order instead of exporting stored records. Each address gets a mailbox-level deliverability check; only deliverable emails are delivered, while catch-all, unknown, risky and invalid addresses are discarded and generic role inboxes (info@, sales@) are rejected. Because every contact is checked, results arrive over minutes to hours, and credits for leads we can't deliver are refunded automatically.

Every email is checked for your order. Only deliverable addresses reach your list — and you only pay for leads we deliver.
Email addresses go stale fast. People change jobs, companies rebrand, and mailboxes get shut down. ZeroBounce's 2025 Email List Decay Report found at least 23% of email addresses go bad each year. A contact record that was correct when it was stored can be undeliverable by the time you send to it.
Sending to bad addresses has a real cost. Bounces signal to mailbox providers that a list isn't clean, which hurts sender reputation and pushes even good emails toward spam. Google's email sender guidelines ask bulk senders to keep their spam rate below 0.10% and never reach 0.30%, and to remove invalid addresses from their lists.
Lead Titan doesn't pull a contact from a static export and hand it over. When you place an order, a search runs as a background job, and each lead streams into the app only after it passes verification.
Lead Titan searches business listings and maps, company websites and team pages, public registries and records, plus its own lead bank, for leads that match your order.
Every email address gets a mailbox-level deliverability check for your order. The check looks at whether the specific mailbox can receive mail — not just whether the address looks right.
Lead Titan delivers only emails that come back deliverable (“valid”). Everything else is discarded rather than tagged and passed along.
Credits are reserved when you order. Leads that can't be delivered — including ones whose email didn't pass — are refunded automatically.
Here's what Lead Titan does with each outcome of the deliverability check:
| Check Result | What It Means | What Lead Titan Does |
|---|---|---|
| Deliverable | The mailbox can receive mail | Delivered |
| Catch-all | The domain accepts any address, so the mailbox can't be confirmed | Discarded |
| Unknown | The check couldn't get a clear answer | Discarded |
| Risky | The address may not be safe to send to | Discarded |
| Invalid | The mailbox doesn't exist or can't receive mail | Discarded |
| Role inbox (info@, sales@) | A shared inbox, not a person | Rejected |
A catch-all domain is configured to accept email sent to any address at that domain, even if the specific mailbox doesn't exist. For example, anything@company.com would be accepted by the server. That means a deliverability check can't tell a real person's inbox apart from an address that goes nowhere.
Lead Titan doesn't deliver catch-all addresses. You may get fewer leads from catch-all domains, but every email you receive passed the check.
Database tools return results instantly because they're returning old records. Lead Titan checks every contact for your order, so results arrive over minutes to hours:
You can watch results arrive live in the app as each lead passes verification. Quality, qualified leads take time.
When an email can't be confirmed as deliverable, the lead isn't delivered — and you aren't charged for it. Credits are reserved when you order, and credits for leads we can't deliver are refunded automatically.
You only pay for leads we deliver.
Only emails that pass a mailbox-level deliverability check for your order. Catch-all, unknown, risky and invalid addresses are discarded, and generic role inboxes such as info@ and sales@ are rejected.
A catch-all domain accepts mail for any address, so a deliverability check cannot confirm that a specific person's mailbox exists. Rather than hand you an address it cannot confirm, Lead Titan discards it.
Each contact is checked for your order instead of being pulled from a stored export. First leads typically arrive within minutes, full orders usually take a few hours, and large or niche orders can take up to 24 hours. You can watch results arrive live in the app.
No. Credits are reserved when you order, and credits for leads we can't deliver are refunded automatically. A base lead costs 1 credit, email verification adds 1 credit, and phone verification adds 1.5 credits, so a fully verified lead (email + phone) costs 3.5 credits.
