AI Caller is a power add-on that enables automated outbound calling with AI-powered conversations. Available as an add-on to the Growth plan or higher, AI Caller makes calls on your behalf, has natural conversations with your leads, detects voicemail, and leaves smart voicemail drops.
All calls are recorded and transcribed for review, giving you full visibility into every conversation. AI Caller integrates directly with your CRM and Lead Titan pipeline, so call outcomes flow seamlessly into your existing workflows.
AI Caller is an add-on feature, not included in base plans. Requires Growth plan ($169/mo) or higher. See Pricing Tiers below for add-on costs.

Plan Requirements
AI Caller requires the Growth plan ($169/mo) or higher as your base subscription. The add-on pricing starts at $79/mo for the Starter tier. AI Caller is not available on Free or Starter plans.
You can add AI Caller from Account → Billing or during signup.

Getting Started
Follow these steps to set up AI Caller for your account:
Upgrade your plan
Ensure you're on the Growth ($169/mo) or Pro ($449/mo) plan.
Add the AI Caller add-on
Go to Account → Billing and add the AI Caller tier that fits your needs.
Configure your calling profile
Set up your caller ID, voicemail drop message, and conversation scripts.
Connect to your pipeline
AI Caller integrates with your Lead Board — select which leads to call.
Launch calls
Start automated outbound calling from your lead list or sequence.
AI Caller can also be added as a channel in Email Sequences. When building a sequence in the Advanced Builder, toggle on the AI Call channel to include automated calls in your multi-channel outreach.
Call Analytics
Track performance metrics across all your AI Caller campaigns:
- Connection rate — Percentage of calls answered by a human.
- Voicemail rate — Percentage of calls that went to voicemail.
- Average call duration — How long conversations last.
- Conversion rate — Leads that took the desired action (booked meeting, expressed interest).
- Call volume — Total calls made per day, week, or month.
All recordings and transcripts are searchable and filterable, making it easy to find specific conversations, review outcomes, and coach your outreach strategy.

AI Caller is available in three tiers, each billed as a monthly add-on to your base plan:

- Minutes are consumed per call based on duration.
